Making the Most of Magical MarketingThe Magical Marketing system can perform two main functions:-
Promoting the Magical Marketing site as a business in it's own right, is a subject of its own, and is covered elsewhere in the pro members section of this site. What we shall discuss here is how we can use Magical Marketing as a tool to help your existing business. To do this you need to be thinking of Magical Marketing as a resource and as a HelpDesk, rather then as a business in its own right. When you refer to it with your own members, you should refer to it as such. Using Magical Marketing as a HelpDeskWhat is of primary importance is that whichever business you are in, you have a program to offer people that has value and has a free sign-up option. The promotional methods discussed at Magical Marketing revolve around no cost and low cost methods. These methods work very well in attracting new members to free sign up sites. I personally use Commission Spyder as my free sign up program, but you could of course use any program that you want, which has a free signup option. I then suggest that you set up an Autoresponder, to manage your admin. By this I mean that you should always send a welcome letter to all of your new members, and an Autoresponder will help you automate the process. Simply set up a letter to send, and then add the names of your new members as they arrive. N.B. Please note that this is not the normal use of an Autoresponder, and whilst you should always write to new members in any program that you are in, you should not send messages to your new members in this Autoresponder, regarding any other business other then the one that they are in. They do not subscribe to your database, so the name in the database should not be treated as a list. Your welcome letter should be informative, and should offer to help your new members in any way that you can. I have included an example below as an illustration:-
N.B. Just replace the variable {YourProgram} with the name of your program. Remember that this is a guideline. You are welcome to use this letter if you want, but it would be better if you could amend it to your own writing style, so that it is personal to you. I have also used the variable [FIRSTNAME]. If you have used the Autoresponder that comes with The Money Hub (or it's sister Pro Money Matrix), then the syntax is correct, but if you are using your own Autoresponder, then I am sure that it will have a variation on this to personalise your messages. This is important! Personalising messages can make a huge difference to the number of emails of yours that get read and then acted upon. Once all of this is done, please keep in touch with your members, and give them any tips or advice that you want. It's your ability to help these people now that will make or break your long term business. |
