Newsletter and Email Contact

It is a term of joining Magical Marketing, that you agree to receive a periodic newsletter. The frequency of this newsletter has never been more than once a week. If you do not wish to receive this newsletter, then please do not sign up.

The only way to stop receiving the newsletter, is to delete your account.

Membership specifically requires that you will allow us to contact you via your email address. If this is not acceptable, then you should cancel your membership.

Spamming

Spamming is not an acceptable practice in the Magical Marketing site, in any form. Any member caught spamming will have their account terminated, if investigation proves that unsolicited commercial email has been used.

By the same token, please have respect for others who try and use this marketing system legitimately. Any accusations of Spamming that are malicious or false, will be dealt with severely.

Email Address

Do not signup using a junk email address or an autoresponder as your email address. Bounced emails will result in the removal of your account. This will be done without prior warning. Your Magical Marketing account is valuable. Please keep your mailbox clean.

The Service

This service is provided "as is", and we shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect or incidental damages from use or abuse of our service, loss of data, etc. We accept no responsibility for your use or misuse of the Magical Marketing system or any component of it.

No guarantees, expressed or implied, exist regarding the income you might earn by using this system. Any examples given are for illustrative purposes only, and offer no guarantee as to the potential of this marketing system.

Recommendations

Any programs recommended by us are merely suggestions by us, and no guarantees are expressed or implied as to the quality of these programs. Any suggestions that we might make are our personal opinion, and you are strongly advised to carry out your own due diligence on any program that you enter into an agreement with, (irrespective of whether it is mentioned on this site of not).

We accept no responsibility for your use or misuse of any program that you might enter into, irrespective of whether the program that you enter into is as a result of a recommendation by us or not. We are not responsible for any commissions that you might earn through any 3rd party program, and you enter into any agreements entirely at your own risk.

Pro Membership

Should you avail yourself of a pro membership in the Magical Marketing System, you shall be entitled to a hosted replica site, with your own links (where you have them) embedded into it, where we deem to be appropriate.

If you are NOT a member of any site that we endorse, then you should NOT change the ID from that of your sponsor.

As a Pro Member in the Magical Marketing system, you'll have the ability to accept $5 payments for your downline member's Pro sites through PayPal and Stormpay. This is an automated system that is part of the process when a downline member upgrades to Pro. You must have a PayPal or Stormpay account to earn and collect payments from your replicated Pro web site. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can signup to get one free here and get $5 deposited to your account upon signup. It is an absolute requirement to have a PayPal or Stormpay account to use if you want to earn money direct from our affiliate program, however - you may earn commissions from many of our endorsed programs without a PayPal or Stormpay account.
