Clickbank Overview - Making The Most Of Your Clickbank Account

Clickbank is known throughout the Internet world as a safe and secure method of making online payments for eBooks and software - in fact anything that can be delivered electronically. This Clickbank overview is to allow you to make the most out of Clickbank within the confines of the Magical Marketing system, which allows you, as a Magical Marketing affiliate, to make purchases through your own account. So you can pocket the commission on your own sales!

Before we start, you need to ensure that you have a Clickbank account. It is free. You can sign up by following this Clickbank Overview link.

Setting Up Your Magical Marketing Account

The first thing that you must ensure, is that your Magical Marketing account has your Clickbank ID registered. Please follow these steps to check.

1.	Log into Magical Marketing. by clicking on the 'Log in' link as in the image above.
2.	Fill in your details in the Log in form. And then clicking on the <Login> button.
3.	Look down the menu on the left hand side, which will be similar to that shown below. Locate the 'Affiliate Programs' link. You will see the affiliate forms on the right hand side, similar to those shown below. Type in your Clickbank ID in the box provided. You can also join Clickbank from the green link on the left hand side (if you are still not a member). Ensure that you click on the <Update> button when you have finished. NB If you have another program that you promote, enter it's url in the 'Sponsors Site' field. You will get good exposure to those whom you send to the site.
4.	Once this is done, it is just a matter of selecting the product you want from those available (and more are added all of the time). There is one more thing that you should do though, to ensure that you become a Clickbank affiliate with Magical Marketing.
5.	Head back to the Main Menu, and follow the menu to the Products that you want. For example Lets take the 'Software' link as an example. Let's click on that.
6.	This is an example of what the 'Software' page looks like.
7.	The links on this page are embedded with YOUR Clickbank ID. So, when you click on any of these links, a message is sent to Clickbank, that you are an affiliate of Magical Marketing, and that any sales made through your ling (including your own purchases) will be credited to you, and the commission deposited on your account. Equally, if you sell any of these products to third parties, you will get the commission for those sales as well. It is a good practice to follow this procedure whenever you want to purchase anything through Magical Marketing. Just in case!
8.	It is possible to verify that you are getting the credit on the sale, and I recommend that you double check this whenever you make a Clickbank purchase. When you click through from the Sales page to Clickbank's order processing site, you will see the following screen Fill out the form and continue to step 2 by clicking on the button.
9.	At the bottom of the following screen, is the Clickbank Terms of Service. Look closely at the very bottom. It's not terribly clear in the picture (it is the very last line), but the affiliate name is given. Please ensure that this is your ID before proceeding. If it is not, please contact me.
