An Automatic Responder Strategy
Bearing in mind what we discussed at the outset (click
here if you need a reminder), what I am going to suggest is a strategy
involving TWO Automatic responders (auto responders).
Because this discussion revolves around assisting your downlines, I am assuming that for this part
of the exercise you are picking up email addresses of people who have joined your program, and are
entering the names manually.
The nature of this is that these prospects have not opted in, and you are using your Autoresponder
facility to hold a database of names and email addresses. Whilst I think that this is ok, you need
to be a little careful, and not send adverts to this list. These people need your help, and if you
give them that help, I am sure that they would be receptive of your offers in the future.
But how can you be sure that you do not receive SPAM complaints for subsequent messages?
What I suggest you do is this.

Create TWO Autoresponders, call one, say MyDownlineList, the second MyOptinList.

In the first responder, which is where you will add your downline members, you would set up a single
message, with a simple layout.
For example
Subject : Welcome [FIRSTNAME]
Message:
Hi [FIRSTNAME],
Thank you for your support in my program.
This is a short message to give you my contact details, in case you have any question on getting the
most out of my program.
My email address is mailto:myemail@mydomain.com
My phone number is .....
I have also developed a marketing strategy which is free to run. It works for me and I would be happy
for you to benefit from it. You can get the details from
mailto:MyOptinList@MyAutoResponder.com

Can you see what we have done with the above? If the prospect wants the free information, then they
will have to optin to your other list, and that is the one you can market to. And if you continue to
feed good information to your downlines, the list will be VERY responsive |

The message that you send out with your second Autoresponder, really needs to be a series of emails
going over your marketing, explaining how you do it and how you go about it. It is critical that you
try and help your downline here as much as possible. If your downline are able to establish themselves,
then your income will be secure. It always pays to try and help other people. |
