Adding a Form to your Web Site
This tutorial focuses on the application of a form from the List Wonder Autoresponder. However, the principal
applies to any Autoresponder that you may have.
Your List Wonder Autoresponder will create the code you need to place a form on a web site. The form can be
used to collect information that will be delivered to your Autoresponder, for your use later on. Typically,
this will be a prospect's name and email address.
To do this in List Wonder, you will need to do the following

Load your List Wonder
account from within the Money Hub or from Pro
Money Matrix, depending on which option you have chosen. This
will take you to a screen similar to that shown below:

Click on the 'Get Form HTML Code' link.

This will take you to a screen similar to that shown below.

By default, the first two boxes only are ticked. You could tick the 'Last Name'
field as well. Once you have ticked the fields that you want to include in your form, click on the
<Generate Sign-up Form> button, to create the code that you need. |

The next screen delivers the code that you will need for your web page. It will look similar to that
shown below.

Copy the code and paste it into your web page, for the form to appear for your form to be made available to your
prospects. |
